Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions represent an agreement between the Utopia college, here after referred as “college” and student, a prospective student. By admitting to any of the programs in the college, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Any amendments made by the Institute to the Contract will be made available on the college’s website, which you should consult regularly. we shall take reasonable steps to bring these changes to the attention of affected students as soon as reasonably practicable.

All admissions will be considered done after receiving full fees (see payment modality) and with complete educational documents (the student has two weeks of time to deliver original student copy after payment has been done). If student will not provide all concerned documents within the given timeframe, the college holds the right to cancel the admission of the student then and there. Also, registration payment will not be refundable but other fees (monthly or a semester or other) will be refundable (subjected to 10% of monthly payment deduction that serves as a service charge) as per the college’s rule.

The college holds the right to cancel the admission of any student if he/she fails to pay the fees on or before the due date. If student is non- contactable on the email id and phone number provided by them without any information, the college has the right to hold/cancel the admission of the student.

The fee is calculated and charged on semester or monthly basis. There will have been registration fee at the beginning of every semester. In case of refund, service charges (calculated as 10% of monthly payment) and registration charges are not refundable under any circumstances but the fees will be refundable as per the college’s guidelines.

Fees is subject to revision (as applicable) in accordance with the terms of the Tuition Fee Policy. Fees consists of parts like Registration fees, Tuition fees, Examination fees and other charges.

Students admitted to the college are expected to have all necessary resources needed for online learning. The college will not take any responsibility if the student fails to continue the learning due to resource lack. But the college may take things into consideration if problems are tangible.

Admitted students has to use resources properly, attend online session, present during exam. Failing to do so, need a proof from the student for compensation.
